Three types of suite in a factory dating from 1834. The Suite and the Suite Deluxe have a whirlpool bath for two, what many people call a jacuzzi. The Sauna Suite has its own infrared sauna and a freestanding bath. You dine in the restaurant in the same building, breakfast awaits the next morning, and the car stays put the whole time.
The word jacuzzi is actually a brand name, but most people simply mean a bath with air bubbles or water jets. On our site it is called a whirlpool bath. Most importantly: the bath belongs to your own suite. You share it with no one, except whoever you bring along. No bathrobe to walk to a wellness area, no time slot. You close the door and run the bath whenever it suits you.
If you would like to share a bath, you can in the Suite and in the Suite Deluxe: both have a two-person whirlpool bath. At 42 m² the Suite is our most spacious suite; the Suite Deluxe has a seating area by the windows. If warmth is what you are after, the Sauna Suite is a better fit. It has its own infrared sauna and a freestanding bath by the window, but no whirlpool bath. All suites have a king-size bed with a seamless 180 × 210 cm topper, a seating area, a kitchenette, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Compare them side by side under all rooms and suites.
Check-in is from 15:00. That leaves you the afternoon for the bath or the sauna. The restaurant serves dinner from 17:00 to 21:00, in the same building. After dessert you are in your room within a few minutes. The Dine & Stay package includes a welcome with bubbles, the three-course set menu, one night and breakfast. The colder months go well with a warm bath. From 19 October 2026 to 17 January 2027 the kitchen serves a game menu of three to six courses, with game that comes largely straight from the hunter. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, 24 to 26 December, the Christmas menu of three to seven courses is served. Book early for those days, both your table and your suite.
A night in a suite is a gift people remember. With a De Kastanjefabriek gift card you choose the amount yourself. The recipient can spend it on an overnight stay, on dinner or on both. You receive the card straight away by e-mail.
