How do I pay for an online room booking?
You can pay for your booking by iDEAL or credit card.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Reception is available 24 hours a day; thanks to our night security, you can still check in after 22:00.
What are the breakfast times?
The breakfast buffet is open from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 10:30 at weekends.
Can I have breakfast without an overnight stay?
Yes, you are very welcome to come for breakfast. Make a reservation if you want to be sure of a table.
I have allergies. Can I book a breakfast?
We have a separate breakfast for guests with gluten intolerance. You can mention any allergies in the comments field when completing your booking, or contact us to discuss the options. You are also welcome to bring something yourself and eat it in the breakfast room, so you can still join your travelling companions.
Where can I park my car?
You can park your car free of charge in our spacious car park. There are two charging points for electric cars.
Is a late check-out possible?
Yes, a late check-out is available on request. Just mention it when you book, or ask at reception.
Until when can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately pets are not permitted in our hotel.
Is there a lift?
Yes, there is a lift giving access to all floors.
Can I have lunch at De Kastanjefabriek?
Yes, our restaurant is open daily for lunch from 12:00 to 16:00. Booking is recommended.
Can I have dinner without staying at the hotel?
Certainly, our restaurant is open to everyone. We serve dinner daily from 17:00 to 21:00.
Do I need to book for the restaurant?
Booking is recommended, especially at weekends. You can book online or call 0545 700 222.
Does De Kastanjefabriek have a terrace?
Yes, in fine weather you can enjoy lunch, drinks or dinner outside on the terrace.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, our menu includes vegetarian dishes. Do you have an allergy or dietary requirement? Just let us know and we will gladly accommodate you.
Is De Kastanjefabriek suitable for cyclists?
Certainly, we are an ideal base for cyclists. Node routes start right from the door, you can store your bike safely and dry, charge your e-bike with us, and on request we will prepare a packed lunch for the road. Bring your own bike and we will gladly give you route tips.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, you can order a gift card online, to spend on lunch, dinner, drinks or an overnight stay.
