Applicability
These terms apply to all reservations, bookings and stays at De Kastanjefabriek.
Reservations and bookings
A reservation is final once confirmed. Table reservations are made via Dish and hotel bookings via Mews; additional terms of those systems may apply.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. For different arrangements or group bookings, please contact us.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Reception can be reached 24 hours a day; from 22:00 a night watchman is on duty, so you can always check in.
House rules
We ask you to take good care of the listed building and to be considerate of other guests. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
Liability
De Kastanjefabriek is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
